Please stop posting the poorly written fake news link from a bad joke site. It''s come up 15 times in the past 36 hours and I can assure you that if, god forbid, there were ever news of that nature, you would find it on a multitude of REAL news sites as well as here.

Courtney Love has filed a three-count suit against Universal Music Group (UMG) and the surviving members of Nirvana -- Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic -- seeking a declaration that Nirvana''s contract with the label is void and all rights pertaining to the band should revert to her.

The suit, filed Sept. 28 in the Los Angeles Superior Court, is Love''s latest attempt to gain control of Nirvana''s assets, the band led by her late husband Kurt Cobain. In June she filed suit against Grohl and Novoselic seeking a dissolution of Nirvana LLC, which splits rights among the three.

A Washington State Superior Court judge granted Love an injunction against the release of a song, "You Know You''re Right," recorded by Cobain with Nirvana before his death in 1994. Grohl and Novoselic wanted to release the song as part of a 45-track box set that was intended to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the band''s album "Nevermind." Love says the song is not necessary for the box set''s success. A trial is set for Dec. 31, 2002.

Similar to Love''s own suit against UMG, she argues that Nirvana''s contract with Geffen was terminated once UMG gained control of the label. Additionally, she claims UMG has withheld approximately $3.1 million in Nirvana royalties.
